Kassy

Kassandra (Kassy) found her niche at an early age. She began teaching preschoolers at the age of 16 and graduated high school with a degree in Child Development. Kassy then went on to study education at The Florida State University (Go Noles!) and graduated with her Bachelors in Visual Disabilities followed by her  Masters in Visual Disabilities, Orientation and Mobility, and Early Intervention.

Her teaching profession brought her to Austin, Texas where she fell in love with the practice of yoga. Though she had been practicing yoga intermittently throughout her life since she was 14, Austin is where she delved deep into the power of a regular yoga practice. As a natural-born teacher, it was no surprise that Kassy signed up for the Teacher Training program through Yoga Yoga. Now, as a RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) at the 200 level, Kassy is enjoying exploring this new realm of teaching. She currently teaches classes and workshops around Austin.
