Everything that can be perceived has but one purpose…

The Yoga Sutras tell us:
“All things that can be perceived have one reason for existence; to be perceived.” Sutra 2.21
“The existence of all objects of perception and their appearance is independent of the needs of the individual perceiver. They exist without individual reference, to cater for the different needs of different individuals.” Sutra 2.32
“The absence of clarity in distinguishing between what perceived ans what is perceived is due to the accumulation of misapprehension” Sutra 2.24
“The removal of misapprehension leads to clarity. This is the path to freedom” Sutra 2.25
What are some of the misapprehensions that guide your life? Both on and off the mat, what are some ways to clear out these misapprehensions and begin to see things more clearly?
